Maintenance Work Order (Hugh Garner members only):

If you are a member of Hugh Garner Co-op and require maintenance in your unit you may either get a Maintenance Work Order form from outside the Co-op office or fill one out online here and submit it. The work order will then be sent to the office by email.

*Note:  By submitting your work order request online you are providing written consent to have a maintenance staff member enter your unit to complete the request. If you have any questions please contact the office BEFORE submitting the work order.
